Here is a video that I like for practitioners of Hatha Flow and Vinyasa. Becca Pati has several videos that I recommend for practice at home that are creative and easy to follow. Note that if you do not practice headstand, replace it with a few dolphin repetitions (the forearm pushup) or balasana (childs pose).
