If you practice Hatha Flow, we have to make some modifications for postures ( for example, instead of going down to Chattaranga, lower the knees , chest and chin to the floor and slide into Bhujangasana / Serpent) . Also, she practices Headstand - Sirsasana Salamba - and I do not advise you to try unless you have already practiced headstand before.
