Now that the winter months are advancing on Paris at full speed feel, It's time to feed your prana, the life force , and Agni , your internal fire, to stay healthy and balanced through the cold period. Of course, winter is the season of hibernation, for reflection, and quiet but be balanced. Stay active, not just with yoga...walk, swim, take the stairs instead of the escalator - move! Also , take a good breakfast to start the day healthy. Here is a recipe I found that is very delicious with all it takes to " stoke your internal fire ." It is simple and effective: cook quinoa or brown rice , add cinnamon, maple syrup, apple pieces , almonds, and if you want add a bit of vegetable milk. J'aime bien les bananes avec aussi car c'est un superfood. Yum! Good day and stay warm !
