Summer is here, and even if it is off to a rather wet start, it is the season to take time for yourself to slow down, mellow out and absorb the sunshine (responsibly of course). Hatha Yoga is a perfect practice for summer because we can go deeper into our respiration and our postures all while relaxing the mind. Come July 5th to learn or deepen your understanding of pranayama and asanas according to the Sivananda Yoga tradition. We will break the postures down step-by-step and learn how to activate and reinforce our abdominal core.
