Cucumber kiwi smoothie, yum!

Hey Good People!

Here is the mix for my (current) favorite summer smoothie. Similar to the kiwi spinach smoothie but we use a cucumber instead. Bring on the vitamins!!!!

1 banana 
1 kiwi
Half of a cucumber
Half a cup of Oat Milk (or your preferred vegetable-based milk)
3 ou 4 ice cubes according to taste

Throw all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth. Or keep it chunky...your choice. This is enough to two maybe three servings. So so yum and full of minerals and vitamins to boot!
