Hello Good People!
Now that the winter months are advancing on Paris at full speed feel, It's time to feed your prana, the life force , and Agni , your internal fire, to stay healthy and balanced through the cold period. Of course, winter is the season of hibernation, for reflection, and quiet but be balanced. Stay active, not just with yoga...walk, swim, take the stairs instead of the escalator - move! Also , take a good breakfast to start the day healthy. Here is a recipe I found that is very delicious with all it takes to " stoke your internal fire ." It is simple and effective: cook quinoa or brown rice , add cinnamon, maple syrup, apple pieces , almonds, and if you want add a bit of vegetable milk. J'aime bien les bananes avec aussi car c'est un superfood. Yum! Good day and stay warm !
Finally, after much cringing over my incredibly heavy American accent, I have finished editing my first video. This video is only available in French at the moment but once I get some time, I will re-edit the English version.
One thing is for sure is that now that I realize the verbal torture I submit the good souls who brave my class weekly, I am going to work really hard on my accent! ;-) Be well! Namaste.
Hello Good People! Sorry for the silence as of late. I've been busy editing a video that I will post on the site as soon as I get my voice back which I hope will be very very soon. There is also a Hatha Yoga retreat in Aveyron in the works and I will share details with you soon as well. I am very excited!
