Hello !
Today I received these sweet words in my inbox from one of my favorite yoginis, Elena Brower. A simple, sweet reminder for self-care. Everyday. What You Give It's time to quiet down and give to yourself. Read, write, bathe, before you take care of someone else. One act per day of touching your own heart; follow a book, or an online practice, or just sit quietly - all perfect places to start. Once a day. And it doesn't need to be for hours either - a few minutes will help you reconnect to your center and land you in a good, grounded place for re-entry. Take care of others but be sure to take care of you too. Be well! Antonée Photo by Carine.

Unfortunately, due to a conflict in my family scheduling, I have changed the date and location for the next Hatha Flow workshop. It will now be held Saturday, March 26th at Centre Jazznat in Maisons-Alfort from 15:00 to 18:00.
Learn or deepen your practice of arm balances and headstand. During this workshop, we will learn how to approach arm balances safely and confidently. After a lovely warmup with a Hatha Flow, we will approach beginning arm balances such as Bakasana, Eka Hasta Bhujasana, Bhujapidasana, Tittibasana, and Astavakrasana, and two variations of headstand step-by-step. Space is limited to twelve participants and only payment in full by check or in cash will reserve your space. |
