During this workshop, we will break down the Vinyasa sequence, standing and balancing poses as well as pranayama in order to allow beginners to acquire a sound foundation and technique necessary to practice Vinyasa Yoga. Intermediate students will be able to deepen their understanding of Vinyasa and their practice.
Registration for the workshop is confirmed once payment is received via chèque or Paypal.
Cancellations will be accepted by email. Cancellations received by March 26th will be reimbursed minus 20% administrative fee.
Please bring your yoga mat, bricks, and belts.

Hello Good People! The Sivananda Yoga Vendanta Center in Paris will be opening their doors to all those interested in yoga Saturday, February 15th. The event will be packed but it is well worth it to go...the center is big enough to accommodate many and the energy is really top!
Please remember to bring a yoga mat or a large towel to use for the yoga class.
