There are no classes this week but I will be back June 23rd, refreshed from the ashram. In the meantime, stay calm in light of the transportation strike. When you feel the frustration mounting, pop into a Vrschikasana (Scorpion Pose). Guaranteed you'll get a couple of centimeters of breathing space!
